Titanium Engineers has been instrumental in the development of techniques to improve the ductility of highly alloyed duplex steels such as 25Cr Duplex also known as Super Duplex Steel.  We are able to manufacture large diameter, heavy walled tubes, and obtain superior charpy impact test values through proprietary post-processing methods.   This is essential for the tough environments where resistance to stress corrosion cracking, fatigue, erosion are an issue.  In addition to its superior service life, this alloy is relatively easy to machine and is weldable.  

Applications where Super Duplex has been used are Oil and Gas industry equipment, offshore platforms, heat exchanger components, scrubber systems for utilities and industrial plants, water injection and ballast systems, mechanical and structural components requiring high strength and  seawater corrosion resistance.
