Titanium Engineers has state-of-the-art metal band sawing capability. The company is able to cut bars to meet the specified lengths required by the customer, oftentimes in the same day.
Our band saws allow us to cut Titanium bar and billet from 1/4" to 14.0" dia. We have a Hyd-Mech H14A Horizontal band saw with shuttle feed, and indexing capabilities as well as a Hyd-Mech S20-P Semi-Automatic Scissor style band saw. These are able to easily cut solids, tubing, non-ferrous, stainless, and titanium alloy materials. |
